What led you to join Hirose Industry?
I majored in mechanical engineering at university, so I enjoyed learning about machinery. After graduating, I wanted to both study and work in Japan. I discovered Hirose Co., Ltd. online and learned that the company was equipped with a great deal of state-of-the-art machinery, so I decided to apply. Fortunately, I was hired, and I am now a member of the Hirose team.
What is the moment when you feel the most fulfillment in your work?
The work here is incredibly rewarding. It is a source of immense joy to learn new things I hadn't known before—to learn, to work, to see tasks through to completion, and to craft products with my own hands.
How do you spend your days off, and how do you refresh yourself?
I was able to experience life in Japan and learn about the lifestyle and culture of a civilized nation like Japan.
What challenges would you like to take on, or what goals are you aiming for?
I want to improve my Japanese language proficiency. I also want to enhance my work skills so that I can operate all kinds of machinery. My computer skills are still not very advanced, so I would like to learn more about computers!
